Sales Advisor

Position Overview

The Sales Advisor plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service that drives the store's sales and profits. This position involves prioritizing customer needs, providing helpful assistance, and sharing extensive knowledge about products and fashion trends. Additionally, the Sales Advisor ensures a customer-friendly shopping experience by supporting store operations and maintaining garment care. Collaboration and sharing expertise with team members to foster a positive workplace environment are also key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Organize garments by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising to maximize sales potential.
• Efficiently stock and replenish items on the sales floor and in storage areas.
• Handle merchandise opening, unpacking, and labeling, including attaching security tags.
• Assist customers with purchases and returns at the register.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service is essential.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• A customer-centric approach, serving as an ambassador of the brand and prioritizing client needs.
• Passion for fashion, with good awareness of current trends.
• Demonstrates a proactive selling attitude with the ability to engage and satisfy customer requirements.

Additional Information
