Role overview
The Safety Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe working environment across the facility by enforcing safety procedures, identifying hazards, and supporting compliance with both legal requirements and company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Make sure workplace safety rules and protocols are properly followed.
- Carry out risk evaluations to identify potential hazards and reduce safety concerns.
- Plan and deliver safety training sessions for employees.
- Track adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal safety standards.
