About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining store standards through merchandising, managing inventory, and controlling stock. Your responsibilities also include operating point-of-sale systems and carrying out cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy and security by the end of each shift.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by prioritizing customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Support the Store Manager by contributing retail experience to daily store operations.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment with colleagues.
- Maintain attention to detail ensuring safety and accuracy across tasks.
- Adapt to varying work schedules including weekends and overnight shifts as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and conducting cash handling with accuracy.
- Strong communication abilities and teamwork orientation.
- Reliable availability for shifts including nights and weekends based on a seven-day roster.
