About the Role

The Retail Store Manager will lead efforts to recruit, train, manage, and assess sales promoters at designated retail locations. This position focuses on driving promoter performance to meet sales goals, uphold brand image, generate prospective customer contacts, and deliver outstanding shopping experiences. The manager will also collaborate closely with store partners and internal departments to align operations and achieve business objectives.
