Role Overview

The Retail Store Coordinator will help create an excellent shopping experience in a friendly retail setting. This position is suited to someone who enjoys a busy environment, takes initiative, and leads by example to support store performance.

What You Will Do

• Support strong store execution across visual presentation, customer service, stockroom activity, and merchandise handling.
• Help keep service and operational standards on track by communicating clearly and ensuring the team stays aligned.
• Organize, prioritize, and direct daily work while promoting teamwork and coaching associates on service expectations and procedures.
• Train and support associates in product presentation and customer service practices to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen the store’s brand and value image through attractive merchandise presentation in key selling areas.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or a service environment, with familiarity with customer needs and day-to-day operations.
• A cooperative attitude that helps build productive working relationships.
• The ability to juggle several tasks at once in a fast-moving setting and adjust to changing priorities.
• Good communication and time management skills to share information clearly and stay organized.
