Retail Sales Officer

About the Role

Bajaj Finance Limited is seeking a Retail Sales Officer for their Retail EMI Card vertical. This role involves managing loan financing activities at various allocated store outlets including Tyres, E-bikes, Battery outlets, and apparel stores such as Pantaloons and Fashion Factory. The position demands a proactive attitude focused on exceptional customer experience and effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide assistance regarding product queries and purchasing through Bajaj EMI Card schemes.
• Offer precise details about pricing, product features, and post-sale services.
• Engage in cross-selling initiatives and inform customers about current discounts and offers.
• Maintain a disciplined schedule of visiting at least 12 unique stores daily without exception.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth customer service delivery and communicate feedback to the Store Manager.
• Continuously update knowledge about new products and services.

Job Requirements

• Graduates with 0 to 2 years of experience are eligible.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and effectively manage relationships with dealers.
• Strong communication skills are critical for success in this role.
• Possession of a bike is mandatory as the job requires 100% fieldwork.
• Applicants must be younger than 28 years.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time on-roll position, with Employee State Insurance (ESI) benefits.
• Salary includes a fixed in-hand amount of ₹16,300 plus incentives up to ₹20,000 per month.
