Role Overview
The role of Retail Sales Executive involves actively engaging with retail clients, dealers, and shops to promote products and drive sales. The ideal candidate will focus on meeting sales targets, expanding the customer base, and enhancing relationships for continuous business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to retail clients, dealers, and shops to promote products and boost sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
- Generate new sales leads through market exploration, visits to retail outlets, and leveraging referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on sales activities and follow-up actions.
- Professionally represent the company in all market interactions.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 INR.
