About the Role

Join Greening Wonders in Bengaluru as a Retail Sales Executive, where you will engage in front office sales, manage plant stock and the store, conduct research, and support marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong knowledge of plants and related products.
Provide customers detailed guidance on plant maintenance, including solutions for plant care challenges.
Handle comprehensive store management activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education: Completed PUC, Diploma, or Graduate degree in Basic Science fields.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1 to 2 years in sales or related industries are welcome.
Good understanding of houseplants including their importance, growth patterns, and care.
Fluency in spoken Kannada, Hindi, and English.
Proudly possess strong administrative capabilities and a willingness to learn.
