Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Retail Program Executive to support growth by expanding our reseller network and managing key corporate clients with cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure potential new authorized resellers from diverse industries and prime locations across Singapore using the DHL self-service mobile platform.
• Develop personal strategic plans with existing resellers to identify and acquire new business opportunities and achieve sales growth targets.
• Expand the current network by adding high-quality new DHL reseller outlets and coordinate with departments including operations, marketing, customer service, e-commerce, and finance to ensure efficient and timely launch of new locations.
• Lead, design, execute, and oversee various campaigns and promotions aimed at maximizing growth, profitability, and ROI.
• Conduct ongoing tracking and analysis to monitor progress, timing, and effectiveness of activities.
• Combine sales expertise with detailed DHL product and service knowledge to retain and expand the base of loyal cash customers.
• Analyze customer data regularly to identify trends and fluctuations to guide appropriate strategic actions.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports to evaluate campaign success and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Manage key corporate accounts across industries by providing comprehensive support involving finance, operations, sales, marketing, customer service, IT integration, and legal compliance.
• Foster robust client relationships to maximize customer performance, reduce attrition, and limit competitors’ opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure all branding materials and collaterals adhere strictly to DHL's global branding standards.
• Ensure that all DHL Service Point locations maintain consistent branding as per company guidelines.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum three years’ experience in sales or marketing roles.
• Preferably holding a degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects effectively.
• Highly creative, passionate, and adaptable to a fast-evolving work environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities, especially with numerical data and databases.
• Proven success in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, including above and below-the-line marketing activities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach and positive attitude.
• Excellent team player with strong persuasive influence across different management levels.
• Proficient English language communication skills, both written and spoken.
