Job Overview
As a Restaurant Manager at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail, you will play a central role in enhancing guest experiences by overseeing daily dining operations. Your mission is to manage all aspects of the outlet to ensure exceptional hospitality, great product quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily functioning of the restaurant including guest service standards, product quality, inventory management, budgeting, marketing, cost control, and policy enforcement.
- Ensure guests enjoy outstanding experiences by continuously monitoring service quality, assessing satisfaction, resolving concerns, and implementing improvements.
- Lead and inspire the staff by supervising, mentoring, conducting performance reviews, fostering professional growth, and recognizing achievements to maintain a motivated and effective team.
- Develop initiatives to grow revenue through strategic marketing, up-selling, and promotional campaigns aimed at boosting food and beverage sales and profitability.
- Manage recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members to uphold high operational and service standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and legal regulations related to alcohol, prioritizing well-being of both guests and staff.
