About the role

Red Sea Global (RSG) is building a new model for how places are developed and experienced, with a strong focus on people, planet, and regenerative tourism. This role sits within the residential sales function and is responsible for presenting and selling luxury residential offerings across multiple assets, including completed inventory over time.

The position is designed to provide a highly tailored client experience, similar to a private office or private banking environment. It involves advising potential purchasers, guiding them through the buying journey, and helping them identify the most suitable Red Sea residential option for themselves and their families.

Success in this role depends on strong knowledge of RSG residential products, confidentiality, polished presentation, and the ability to engage effectively with ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals from KSA and the GCC. A solid understanding of local culture and property transactions in Saudi Arabia and the GCC is essential.

The role also supports lead generation through show suites, events, private banks, wealth managers, investment banks, luxury retail contacts, and private aviation professionals, with the aim of expanding the luxury residential buyer base.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in maintaining excellent standards and using sales techniques effectively to promote and close residential offerings.
  • Manage relationships with prospective buyers, real estate brokers, and other property professionals in a strategic and professional manner.
  • Guide applicants and purchasers through a tailored and high-touch buying process.
  • Use the CRM system daily to track sales activity and progress.
  • Screen and qualify applicants to confirm buyer suitability.
  • Handle qualified leads, negotiations, reservations, and sales closure in line with internal procedures and Saudi regulations.
  • Use approved marketing materials and campaigns to support sales at events and other sanctioned sales locations.
  • Coordinate with appointed sales agents and external parties during events and at approved locations, including travel when required.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team on deal development, pipeline management, market strategy, and analysis.
  • Work closely with the Group Head of Residential Sales on VIP accounts while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Help implement and uphold sales policies, processes, and procedures aligned with RSG’s business plan.
  • Contribute to performance and productivity goals in line with the company appraisal framework.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to strengthen sales and leasing capabilities and support a positive team culture.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of residential buyers, investors, private banks, wealth managers, and related luxury-sector partners.
  • Close residential sales inventory as assigned.
  • Drive weekly footfall and traffic to the residential sales show suites.
  • Develop a private client database for residential sales.
  • Create and grow contact databases for wealth managers, private banks, PIF, funds, yacht, and private aviation networks.
  • Attend 10 major events each year to support networking and residential sales growth.

Requirements
