Resident Technical Officer

Job Summary and Requirements

We are seeking multiple experienced Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) for full-time positions within our organization. Ideal candidates will have expertise in Steel, Reinforced Concrete (RC), and Precast construction, with a particular emphasis on Steel works and supervision at fabrication yards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site supervision for assigned projects, ensuring all operations comply with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and report regularly to project Qualified Persons (QP) and Project Engineers.
• Coordinate closely with contractors to manage work schedules, monitor progress, maintain high quality standards, and uphold site safety and quality control protocols.
• Verify that all contractor activities conform strictly to project drawings, specifications, approved methodologies, and scheduled timelines.
• Act as a liaison between relevant authorities and local communities concerning on-site construction activities and any related concerns.
• Provide detailed feedback and comprehensive reports to Consultants on project status, addressing issues related to safety, supervision, security, construction execution, maintenance, and opportunities for improvement.
