Role Overview
This full-time position based in Simpsonville, SC requires the Remote Setter to conduct outbound outreach to prospective leads. The primary focus is on initiating authentic conversations, actively listening, and qualifying prospects per client specifications. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments with business consultants and coaches, meticulously recording interactions using CRM or tracking tools, and following up as needed. Collaboration with team members and leadership is essential to refine call scripts, adhere to playbooks, and continuously enhance conversation quality and lead conversion. Adherence to company values of integrity, professionalism, and transparent communication is mandatory alongside accomplishing daily and weekly activity targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication abilities encompassing active listening, clear verbal and written skills, and rapid rapport-building.
- Experience in customer-facing roles like inside sales, call centers, client support, or appointment setting with comfort handling high outbound call volumes.
- Basic digital literacy with CRM or lead-tracking software and aptitude for following structured workflows and documentation standards.
- Competence in qualifying leads per predefined criteria, posing insightful questions, and efficiently scheduling appointments.
- Reliable on-site presence in Simpsonville, SC, strong time management, personal responsibility, and capability to meet performance goals.
