About the Role

Provide comprehensive HR services to a geographically dispersed workforce across Canada by ensuring smooth HR operations, employee support, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with managers and interdepartmental teams to manage employee lifecycle processes, maintain accurate HRIS data, administer benefits and payroll coordination, and assist with employee relations in a remote working environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years' experience as an HR Generalist supporting remote or multi-location teams.
