Reliability Co-ordinator

About the Role

Join Bega Group as a Reliability Co-ordinator at our Lenah Valley site in Hobart, Tasmania, where you will play a pivotal role in fostering safe and reliable operations. This position involves connecting maintenance teams, operational staff, and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks. The Lenah Valley facility produces over 33 million litres annually of fresh milk products, operating six days per week with a workforce of approximately 50 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with maintenance teams, operations staff, and external contractors to plan and coordinate maintenance work.
• Ensure necessary materials, tools, and other resources are prepared ahead of maintenance activities for seamless execution.
• Maintain and update schedules and systems to keep maintenance work organized and transparent.
• Support initiatives for continuous improvement and conduct root cause analyses to enhance equipment and process reliability.
• Foster trusted working relationships across teams to promote open communication and mutual success.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in maintenance planning or coordination within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CMMS or SAP systems is preferred, or a willingness to quickly learn these tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while supporting team goals.
