Role Overview
An opening is available for a Relationship Manager / Senior RM with Edelweiss Life Insurance in the Bancassurance setup for the CSB Bank channel. The role is focused on branch banking support in Kochi/Cochin.
Compensation
The offered annual CTC is in the range of 3 to 4.5 lakhs, along with incentives.
What the job involves
- Manage 2 to 3 CSB Bank branches assigned to the role.
- Convert bank-generated leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer and branch relationships.
- Drive cross-selling of suitable life insurance products.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for graduates with at least 1 year of sales experience in insurance, banking, or financial products. Applicants with prior experience in the bancassurance channel will have an added advantage.
