Key Duties

• Source and recruit candidates to build and expand the team effectively.
• Manage the recruitment team to ensure optimal productivity and coordination.
• Provide continuous support fostering team development and performance.
• Organize and handle training programs to skill up the team members.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 15,000 to 60,000 INR.
