Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant who enjoys securing new business, cultivating client relations, and expanding a specific market segment. This position entails full responsibility for managing a contract recruitment desk, providing autonomy to build personal client portfolios, define market strategies, and develop a lasting career within an encouraging and structured recruitment agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and grow a contract recruitment desk focused on your target market.
- Acquire new clients through proactive business development and relationship management.
- Oversee the contract recruitment process from initial job briefing to successful candidate placement.
- Source, evaluate, and place contract professionals effectively.
- Maintain long-term connections with both contractors and hiring managers.
- Contribute to overall business growth with opportunities to lead and manage a team in the future.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment or resourcing.
- Proven track record or strong interest in developing new business opportunities.
- Resilient, commercially aware, and self-driven.
- Possess an entrepreneurial approach, comfortable with working independently and taking responsibility.
- Ambitious and motivated to establish a sustainable career within the recruitment field.
