Role Overview
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator responsible for managing the comprehensive hiring workflow, ensuring excellent experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike. This critical position involves orchestrating scheduling, coordination, data accuracy, and communication among various parties.
Based in Greenville, NC, this is a full-time in-office role requiring presence Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize interviews involving multiple time zones, positions, and stakeholders.
- Handle intricate scheduling, including rescheduling and urgent changes, with professionalism.
- Act as the primary liaison for candidates throughout interviews.
- Prepare interviewers with schedules, materials, and logistical support.
- Ensure a premium candidate experience from initial communication to offer stage.
- Communicate clearly and timely about interview steps, timelines, and expectations.
- Represent the company's brand positively during all candidate communications.
- Maintain precise records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and monitor candidate progress.
- Facilitate workflows to avoid hiring delays, including offer letters, approvals, and background checks.
- Support onboarding procedures collaboratively with People Operations.
- Work with recruiters to manage role prioritization and interview volume.
- Aid hiring managers with scheduling, process guidance, and preparation.
- Coordinate activities with HR, People Operations, and Finance departments as needed.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to recruiting workflows and tools.
- Create and maintain documentation such as templates, checklists, and best practice guidelines.
- Contribute to recruiting-related projects like hiring events, pipeline evaluations, and system optimizations.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3+ years' experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or related operational roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with efficient time management.
- Strong oral and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to handle high-volume scheduling and multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems and calendar management tools.
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced organizations is beneficial.
- Knowledge of ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday is preferred.
- Experience coordinating across various teams or different time zones is a plus.
- A motivation to advance within recruiting, talent operations, or HR career paths is desirable.
