About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter based in Canada to join a partner company operating within an international, collaborative setting. This role entails ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle aimed at attracting exceptional global talent and partnering closely with internal teams to meet hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Employ multiple sourcing channels such as talent platforms, networking, and direct search to identify qualified candidates globally.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate research and headhunting activities across various countries and talent markets.
- Develop and nurture relationships with candidates to maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep hiring pipelines and recruitment records meticulously updated using applicant tracking systems.
- Review candidate resumes, organize and conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and ensure timely communication of feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, clarify expectations, and support hiring decisions.
- Implement structured interview processes and provide recruitment guidance or training to interviewers as needed.
- Support recruitment efforts for both technical and non-technical roles by customizing sourcing strategies according to business demands.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to IT recruitment.
- Proven capability in managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and offer coordination.
- Strong proficiency in direct sourcing and headhunting techniques along with familiarity with recruitment tools.
- Sound understanding of the IT talent market and relevant technical terminology.
- Experience recruiting for diverse roles, including non-technical domains such as finance, marketing, and legal.
- Ability to partner with hiring managers to define job roles and recruitment strategies.
- English language proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and stakeholders alike.
- Exceptional organizational skills capable of handling multiple concurrent hiring processes.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform well in a dynamic environment.
- Experience within the iGaming industry or background in sourcing through industry events and closing non-IT roles is advantageous.
