Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified candidates by leveraging job boards, social media platforms, and networking opportunities.
• Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate applicant suitability for a variety of positions.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in fulfilling recruitment requirements for a wide array of clients and industry sectors.
• Work collaboratively with senior recruiters and account managers to manage job requisitions.
• Maintain detailed records of recruitment progress using applicant tracking systems and CRM software.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through coaching sessions, shadowing colleagues, and hands-on training.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a recently earned Bachelor's degree in any discipline, recognizing the value of diverse academic backgrounds.
• Demonstrate strong communication abilities, both written and oral, alongside interpersonal skills.
• Show enthusiasm for learning and adaptability in a fast-moving work setting.
• Exhibit a goal-oriented attitude and competitive drive.
• Skillful in multitasking, managing time effectively, and adjusting to changing priorities.
• Have an interest in human resources, recruitment, business, or people operations.
