About Dev Plastics
Dev Plastics, based in Gurgaon, manufactures road safety products such as signboards, road studs, delineators, cones, and barricades. The company is expanding both its factory operations and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hiring across four main segments continuously: around 5 factory workers, 7 to 8 inside/tele sales personnel, 6 field sales representatives, and welders.
- Directly source candidates by posting job openings, filtering applications, making calls, and screening applicants on platforms such as Apna, WorkIndia, and Naukri. This role requires extensive phone engagement, making approximately 50 to 100 calls per week.
- Organize walk-in recruitment drives, attend ITI/job fairs, facilitate interviews, and maintain an active candidate pipeline to avoid last-minute hiring pressures.
- Develop lasting recruitment channels for welders through ITI placement cells, apprenticeships, and referrals from fabrication networks. Administer practical trade tests rather than relying solely on academic qualifications.
- Handle operational human resource duties including onboarding, record keeping, attendance management, and preparing offer and appointment letters during recruitment downtimes.

Additional Information
