Role Overview

This full-time, commission-based position is for a Real Estate Investment Advisor working remotely. Key duties include identifying profitable real estate investments, fostering and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and advising customers on property investment strategies. The role also involves managing property transactions, negotiating deals, and providing investment guidance concerning financing options. Candidates must complete at least one month of training in the company's Agent's Academy.

• Proven record in sales and managing client relations
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
• Experience in training and educating clients about investment prospects
• Outstanding communication, networking, and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
