Role overview

Modern Properties is looking for a real estate professional to help connect prospective tenants or buyers with suitable homes. The role focuses on identifying leads, understanding client preferences, matching them with appropriate living spaces, and supporting the deal through to closure. Success in this position will rely heavily on initiative, sales ability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare living spaces for viewing and present them to interested clients.
• Promote available properties through advertising and marketing efforts.
• Proactively source new prospects and follow up with potential clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and shortlist suitable properties.
• Negotiate rental terms and help finalize agreements with clients.

Qualifications

• Between 1 and 2 years of sales experience is needed.
• The right candidate should be self-driven and comfortable taking initiative.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Work style

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Belvedere, Harare, Zimbabwe.
