About the Role
Kinza, a prominent beverage manufacturing company located in Jeddah's First Industrial City, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join their Quality team. This critical role focuses on maintaining product quality, ensuring food safety, and upholding industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality control checks across production lines, guaranteeing adherence to quality and food safety protocols.
- Monitor product quality throughout manufacturing stages and conduct inspections of finished goods to support approval for product release.
- Manage laboratory testing procedures, investigate any deviations or customer complaints, and implement root cause analysis along with corrective measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with standards such as ISO, HACCP, GMP, and FSSC, while maintaining thorough documentation for audit purposes.
- Lead, train, and develop the QC inspection team, fostering collaboration with Production and Quality Assurance departments to facilitate continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of five years of experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems and food safety standards; certifications like HACCP, FSSC 22000, or ISO 22000 are preferred.
- Proficiency in English communication at an advanced level.
