Quality Control Inspector

Role Overview

Join our expanding Quality Inspector team, responsible for ensuring our products meet high standards before reaching customers. This hands-on position involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced distribution environment with shifts every Friday and Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. You'll have opportunities to work across all our Distribution Centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a dedicated team committed to delivering products that meet quality standards on the first inspection.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail to uphold exceptional product quality.
• Coordinate with head office, the rework department, and internal posting systems.
• Assist with rework activities, which involve correcting or adjusting products that initially failed quality checks.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing, varied setting, demonstrating good initiative when making decisions.
• Previous experience collaborating within high-performance teams is preferred.
• No prior quality inspection experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Effective communication skills across various levels within the organization.
