• Mentor and support junior engineers and team members to improve overall team effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvements and innovation within mechanical engineering practices to boost efficiency and quality.
• Participate in technical discussions with clients, resolve their issues, and ensure the engineering solutions address their requirements.
• Handle technical upgrades, modifications, troubleshooting, customer support, and maintain safety protocols.
