Quality Assurance Executive

Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods in alignment with established quality standards. This role encompasses execution of routine physical and chemical tests, diligent record-keeping, and ensuring strict compliance with GMP, hygiene, and safety regulations within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process inventory, and final products to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Carry out routine physical and chemical analyses and accurately maintain associated test documentation.
• Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene standards, and safety protocols throughout the production area.
• Continuously monitor production workflows to detect and address any quality inconsistencies or deviations.
• Investigate instances of non-compliance and actively contribute to corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including batch records, quality manuals, and equipment calibration logs.
• Liaise effectively with Production, Research & Development, and Stores departments to promptly resolve quality-related concerns.
• Provide assistance during audits conducted by customers and regulatory bodies including ISO, FSSAI, NSF.
• Verify that all products conform to company standards prior to dispatch.
• Implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality management systems, and pursue ongoing process improvement strategies.
