Purchase Executive

Overview

We are seeking a Purchase Executive to efficiently oversee inventory management and procurement operations in Pune, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will ensure appropriate inventory levels, manage vendor relations, and support production requirements through timely purchasing and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor stock levels and place orders to maintain inventory as required.
• Source and engage new suppliers while negotiating favorable pricing and payment conditions.
• Keep precise inventory records and manage all documentation related to purchases and store activities.
• Prepare PCB assembly batches and facilitate their dispatch for the production process.
• Conduct factory visits to suppliers to evaluate and ensure product quality standards.
