Purchase and Inventory Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Purchase and Inventory Manager to join our e-commerce store team. The role involves managing procurement and stock, either through full-time remote work or onsite presence in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Regular monitoring of inventory levels to ensure product availability and avoid stockouts.
• Negotiating and contracting with suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Continuously researching new suppliers and manufacturers in the market to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
• Preparing precise product costing to determine profit margins and maximize overall profitability.
• Establishing sustainable business relationships with suppliers, ensuring their compliance with quality and delivery deadlines.
• Tracking shipments and coordinating with suppliers to guarantee timely arrivals.
• Generating periodic reports on inventory and procurement status for management review.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in managing procurement or inventory, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to engage both local and international suppliers.
• Ability to analyze pricing and conduct detailed comparisons among suppliers and manufacturers.
• Full understanding of cost accounting principles and profit margin calculations.
• Excellent communication skills with capability to build lasting business relationships.
• Residency in Saudi Arabia is mandatory; remote work option available without office attendance.
