Job Responsibilities

• Manage all government-related paperwork and approvals.
• Handle employment visa processing, labour permits, Emirates ID, and medical applications.
• Liaise with Immigration, MOHRE, Municipality, and other governmental bodies.
• Renew trade licenses, labour cards, vehicle registrations, and other official documents on behalf of the company.
• Maintain precise records for employees and corporate documents.
• Ensure adherence to UAE labour laws and governmental regulations.
• Work collaboratively with in-house departments to expedite documentation procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of UAE experience performing PRO duties.
• Preferably experienced in hospitality sectors including hotels and resorts.
• Thorough understanding of UAE labour and immigration processes.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is essential.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Capable of working autonomously and achieving deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary of AED 2,000 plus a service allowance ranging from AED 300 to 400.
