Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Public Area Cleaner dedicated to maintaining the immaculate condition and presentation of the hotel's public spaces. This role focuses on delivering impeccable cleanliness and ensuring guests experience comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.

Key Duties

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas within the hotel.
• Ensure guest facilities are kept comfortable and pristine to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to and uphold consistent cleanliness standards, contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a cleaning role with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor for effective guest interaction.
• Excellent personal grooming and presentation standards.
• A passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and service quality.
• Experience working in luxury hotel settings is considered advantageous.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, complemented by sound problem-solving abilities.
• Must possess legal work authorization for Australia; visa sponsorship is not provided.
