Job Overview
Architecture49 Inc. is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our Vancouver office team. The firm operates coast to coast across Canada, emphasizing regional expertise and sector specialization. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of timely, high-quality, and competitive proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Create visually appealing proposals and supporting materials using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
- Manage engagement with consultants, tailoring project profiles and team details accordingly.
- Review and proofread proposal documentation ensuring all client requirements and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Educational background in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong editing and proofreading capabilities.
- Knowledge of graphic design fundamentals is a benefit.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with Microsoft 365 tools.
- Previous experience working within engineering, architectural, or professional service organizations is advantageous.
- Ability to speak both English and French is considered a plus.
Compensation
Salaries vary depending on region:
- Alberta, British Columbia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, and Yukon: CAD 57,500 to 76,200 annually.
- Manitoba and Ontario: CAD 52,200 to 72,300 annually.
- New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Quebec: CAD 52,000 to 69,000 annually.
The final salary is influenced by factors such as education, certification, experience, seniority, location, performance, and organizational requirements, and may be adjusted as needed.
