About the Role

Lustre Tuff Glass Pvt. Ltd., a leader in toughened glass manufacturing and installation, seeks an experienced and accountable Project Supervisor to oversee glass-related projects from initiation through completion. The supervisor ensures that projects are executed efficiently, within scheduled timeframes, and in line with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all assigned toughened glass projects.
• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate project activities.
• Ensure accurate and proper installation of glass components at project locations.
• Monitor the progress of projects to guarantee timely completion.
• Maintain comprehensive records and detailed reports of project developments.
• Conduct frequent site visits to verify work quality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide regular updates and highlight any challenges to management.
• Supervise workers to ensure smooth and seamless project execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in construction, glass installation, or project supervision is beneficial.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects and oversee on-site activities effectively.
• Basic familiarity with project documentation and reporting methods.
