Role Summary

The Project Manager position is a full-time on-site role located in Brigden, ON. This leadership role involves overseeing projects from inception through completion, including planning, coordinating, and managing multidiscipline activities across mechanical, electrical, and civil sectors. Key duties encompass budget control, schedule monitoring, risk management, and maintaining clear communication channels among clients, internal teams, and subcontractors. The Project Manager manages logistics for materials and equipment, supports expediting critical deliveries, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include preparing progress reports, facilitating project meetings, and driving continual improvements in project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and leadership skills in managing multi-disciplinary industrial projects.
• Expertise in expediting tasks to assure timely supply of materials, equipment, and documentation.
• Inspection experience to verify workmanship quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Strong capabilities in logistics management, coordinating transportation, storage, and on-site delivery of equipment and materials.
• Familiarity with mechanical, piping, or industrial construction environments; knowledge of high-pressure systems is advantageous.
• Dedication to safety with understanding of relevant regulations and safe work practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills enabling effective collaboration.
• Post-secondary education in engineering, construction management, or related discipline, or an equivalent blend of experience and training.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications; ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
