Project Manager

Role Overview

Zone IT Solutions is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to steer and execute complex technology and business transformation projects on behalf of a prominent client. The ideal candidate must hold an active NV1 Security Clearance, as this is a non-negotiable requirement. Applicants lacking this clearance will be ineligible.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle project delivery spanning multiple workstreams.
• Create and update detailed project schedules, budgets, risk logs, and plans.
• Collaborate with diverse teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Govern project processes, prepare reports, and maintain status communications.
• Identify and address risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure project timelines, scope, and budgets are strictly adhered to.
• Organize stakeholder engagements including meetings, workshops, and reviews.
• Promote continuous process improvements and adhere to best practices in project management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least seven years of experience serving as a Project Manager.
• Demonstrable success managing large-scale technology or business initiatives.
• Expertise in managing stakeholders and vendor relationships.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management frameworks.
• Strong organizational aptitude and effective problem-solving skills.
