About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager based in Germany to oversee the complete project management process for German and European luxury clients. As the main liaison between our Chinese manufacturing teams and German customers, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards according to German and European requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle for stainless steel jewelry, accessories, and luxury fittings.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones tailored for German and European luxury brands.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across China and Germany to align objectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, actively managing expectations and resolving issues.
• Guarantee compliance with EU regulations such as REACH and German quality norms (DIN).

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum five years of project management experience within luxury, jewelry, or fashion sectors, ideally with exposure to German or European markets.
• Strong knowledge of stainless steel manufacturing, hardware fittings, and luxury supply chains.
• Experience collaborating with international teams; experience with China-based teams is advantageous.
• Understanding of quality management systems, PVD processes, and European hardgoods regulations.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent customer communication, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Capability to manage asynchronous collaboration between China and Germany.
