Role Overview and Responsibilities

Manage projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering to deployment, encompassing schedule planning, defining scope, estimating budgets, planning implementation, and mitigating risks.
Develop, maintain, and continually refine project plans to meet defined goals in alignment with quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Coordinate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budgets.
Monitor project progress continually and adjust scope, schedules, or budgets as necessary to meet objectives.
Establish and nurture robust relationships with client-side stakeholders, acting as the central contact for project status updates, modifications, and coordination.
Create, implement, and improve processes for managing project scope, including quality control, performance tracking, and risk evaluation throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Engineering Lead for efficient resource planning and allocation.
Provide regular reporting on project progress, results, and risks to management, escalating issues as per defined procedures.

Additional Duties in a Developing Company

Contribute to developing and reviewing business requirements for the benefit of OpusDNS resellers.
Work alongside the COO and Engineering Lead to analyze, optimize, and advance business processes.
Cooperate with an internationally dispersed team to improve workflows and processes.
Lead process reviews and initiatives that drive continuous improvements.
Establish and expand a domain migration team including designing associated processes and leveraging technologies such as AI to facilitate smooth domain transitions.

Candidate Profile

Hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or another related discipline.
Possess pertinent experience in technical project or product management, preferably within domain registration, web hosting, or related technical fields.
Have a solid understanding of domain and DNS technology concepts, including DNSSEC, WHOIS, domain registration, SSL certificates, and hosting solutions.
Be experienced in using project and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
Exhibit strong communication abilities and a team-oriented approach to foster effective coordination between engineering, product teams, and stakeholders.
Be familiar with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban and incorporate them into daily work practices.
