Overview
Studio Saints London is seeking a client-facing Project Manager aspiring to advance towards a Senior role. This role offers a unique chance to collaborate with top global brands in the beauty and fragrance industries at a thriving agency located near the SE London and Surrey border.
The position requires hybrid expertise combining Account and Project Management, with background in design and production for fast-paced environments such as fit-outs, retail, events, exhibitions, interiors, or similar sectors. The role is primarily office-based, demanding at least four days per week of on-site presence in Kingston, necessitating reliable commuting capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage design projects along with production activities.
- Address and resolve client issues successfully to maintain satisfaction.
- Supervise prototyping and oversee production of bespoke live projects, whether handled internally or outsourced.
- Serve as the principal liaison between Design, Fabrication departments, and the broader project management team to facilitate effective communication and resolve client concerns.
- Interpret client and staff briefs into clear fabrication instructions.
- Take full ownership of fabrication projects, ensuring all relevant departments are adequately briefed and engaged.
- Oversee installation and on-site build processes to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Enforce adherence to company policies and health and safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of three years’ professional experience in Account, Project, Production, or Studio Management within creative, design, or print-based organizations.
- Preferred knowledge or experience in graphic design, out-of-home (OOH) campaigns, events, exhibitions, retail design, experiential marketing, store planning, merchandising, interiors, architecture, fabrication, or structural design.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of thriving under pressure with strict time and budget constraints.
- Proven communication and coordination skills to manage workflow, projects, and budgets efficiently.
- Methodical, adaptable, and highly organized approach, with a passion for retail and interior design.
Additional Details
This role is office-based for the majority of the workweek at the Kingston location, and applicants must be able to commute accordingly. Only candidates possessing a valid permanent visa to work in the UK will be considered.
