Role Overview

As a Technology Project Manager at Radix located in Tuas, Singapore, you will lead complex technology projects by managing and coordinating teams, budgets, and schedules to ensure seamless project delivery aligned with client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to project proposal development by estimating efforts, designing solutions, and selecting the right project team members.
• Plan and oversee project execution utilizing company or client-defined methodologies and tools, ensuring adherence to quality, timeline, and budget goals.
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues, implementing corrective measures to reduce financial impacts, maintain quality, avoid delays, and keep the team engaged.
• Uphold project requirements and deliver exceptional client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project revenues effectively by optimizing cash flow, minimizing deferred revenues, and accelerating billing processes.
• Support the growth of business opportunities with existing clients by identifying and developing potential projects.
• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to foster ongoing partnerships.
• Coach and mentor Project Coordinators to develop their skills and performance.
• Analyze project outcomes critically and engage senior management to address challenges and guide decisions as necessary.
• Allocate resources judiciously across various project teams to satisfy business and project demands.
• Facilitate professional development of team members by devising Individual Development Plans, influencing compensation and promotion choices, and providing regular constructive feedback.
• Supervise and direct the Project Management Office and Project Planning teams to maintain project governance.
• Ensure compliance with the company's Software Development Process and adherence to the established CMMI methodology.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient to fluent English communication skills for seamless interaction with global teams.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Capable of assisting in the preparation of commercial proposals.
• Demonstrable experience leading high-value, large-scale projects for strategic clients.
• Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and managing project-related data and information.
• Comprehensive understanding of software and technology project lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or SAFe.
• Experience overseeing technology projects within Industry 4.0 frameworks.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies like Industrial IoT, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Digital Twins, MES, SCADA, or similar.
