About the Role
We are looking for an attentive and proactive Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and various teams to ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, within defined scope, and meet quality standards. This role suits candidates aiming to establish solid experience in project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Help develop project schedules, plans, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Keep accurate documentation and records of project activities.
- Facilitate coordination between design, operations, and field staff.
- Coordinate communication among internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
- Prepare and distribute regular updates and status reports.
- Attend project meetings and document critical discussions and action items.
- Maintain project trackers and dashboards using tools like Excel, Zoho, or Asana.
- Generate reports covering project status, risks, and overall performance.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all project-related processes.
- Support procurement activities, including requests for quotations and purchase orders.
- Track on-time delivery of materials to align with schedules.
- Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors and conduct site visits as necessary.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or closely related discipline.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in project coordination or operations roles.
- Familiarity with fundamental project management principles such as scope, scheduling, risk assessment, and communication.
- Hands-on experience utilizing project management software tools like Excel, Zoho, or Asana.
