Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join the Design and Construction team. This position involves providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and project assistance throughout the entire project lifecycle. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and comply with all regulatory and brand standards. Collaboration with Project Managers will be essential to support documentation, approvals, procurement, scheduling, stakeholder communications, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in all project delivery phases, including scheduling, organizing meetings, reporting, and handling project administration.
  • Maintain and update detailed project schedules, milestones, action registers, databases, and document control systems.
  • Monitor project timelines, progress, and budgets, promptly escalating any risks or issues.
  • Prepare and manage critical project documentation such as contracts, purchase orders, variations, correspondence, and RFIs.
  • Coordinate regulatory applications, permits, and approvals with relevant authorities.
  • Support tendering, procurement, and quotation processes by tracking orders and deliveries.
  • Manage project handover documentation, ensuring all records and systems are current and accurate.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders, while providing overall administrative support to the Design and Construction team.
