Program Manager

About the Role

A reputable global technology consultancy has engaged us to appoint a Program Manager to oversee a significant enterprise technology program. This role involves managing multiple complex workstreams, ensuring governance, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while delivering program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution and delivery of a large and complex technology program.
• Oversee program governance, progress reporting, scheduling, risk identification and mitigation, and milestone tracking.
• Foster solid relationships with customers, delivery teams, and key business and technical stakeholders to drive program success.
• Coordinate and communicate across multiple workstreams and ensure alignment between teams.
• Closely monitor program health, manage arising issues and risks, and maintain focus on agreed delivery goals.

Required Experience and Skills

• Extensive experience managing large-scale technology or infrastructure programs.
• Strong ability in stakeholder engagement, communication, and building productive partnerships.
• Proficient in governance practices, reporting, schedule management, risk handling, and timeline adherence.
• Capability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and manage complexity in enterprise settings.
• PMP certification is considered a valuable asset.
• Experience with networking or infrastructure project delivery is advantageous.
• Background in the telecommunications sector is highly desirable.

Additional Information and Benefits

• This position is on an initial 9-month contract basis.
