Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory of fabrics, trims, accessories, and other raw materials essential for production.
• Oversee and ensure smooth execution of production activities on the factory floor.
• Enforce discipline and professionalism among factory personnel to uphold decorum and ensure timely production schedules are met.
• Conduct unannounced garment inspections to uphold superior quality standards consistently.
• Adapt and regulate the supply chain based on delivery deadlines to meet order fulfillment requirements.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 INR.
