Key Responsibilities
- Develop production schedules and plans to ensure timely delivery targets are achieved.
- Manage daily manufacturing operations to maximize efficiency and uphold quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with IPC and ISO standards, driving efforts to minimize defects.
- Lead, train, and allocate workforce including operators and technicians effectively.
- Implement and enforce environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols and prepare for audits.
- Control production costs by monitoring scrap and initiating cost reduction strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), First Pass Yield (FPY), and production output, reporting results to management.

Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering—Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines—or equivalent qualification.
- Understanding of production processes, quality control systems, and workplace safety standards.
Experience Desired
- Between 15 to 20 years of production management experience, preferably within Integrated Semiconductor or similar manufacturing settings.
- Proven experience managing large teams and complex operational functions.
