Role Overview

As a Product Owner, you will serve as the subject matter expert in your domain, bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Operating within an agile framework, you will experience the tangible impact of your contributions and are encouraged to exercise creativity and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Engineering to investigate business-related issues.
• Liaise with internal clients to discern user expectations, benefits, reporting needs, and workflow processes.
• Conduct troubleshooting and testing to provide constructive feedback from clients, system administrators, dependencies, and integrators to the development team.
• Update clients, integrators, and management on progress as necessary.
• Create and review business cases, use cases, and user stories incorporating clear acceptance criteria and scope boundaries.
• Clarify project scope by gathering further details from clients to guide developers.
• Track and analyze KPIs and user interactions following product launches; design and implement optimizations as needed.
• Partner with Data Analysts to deeply understand product usage and user behavior.
• Offer recommendations for new features and discuss possibilities with stakeholders.
• Evaluate and respond to client feature requests by proposing potential solutions and phased feature integration.
• Understand and communicate requirements for comprehensive user flows and SaaS service integrations.
• Coordinate with other Product Owners to explore existing services or features that might enhance your product.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Product Owner role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in business, technical fields, or relevant professional experience.
• Strong grasp of product-engineering relationships.
• Excellent documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
• Capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Scrum certification is advantageous.
• Background in Quality Assurance.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools.
• Experience analyzing and reporting on product data.
