Product Manager

About the Role

FreshtechIT is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a prominent B2B SaaS company in the UK. This role entails spearheading initiatives aimed at enhancing product growth, boosting customer adoption, increasing platform engagement, and perfecting user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to grow the product user base, enhance customer engagement, and improve retention on a fast-expanding SaaS platform.
• Manage and optimize the customer journey, covering onboarding, activation, expansion, and renewal phases.
• Identify and execute opportunities for improving product adoption, maximizing customer value, and elevating the overall user experience.
• Advance platform functionalities by leveraging customer insights, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Utilize data analytics, customer feedback, and experimentation to guide product strategies and prioritization.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to define key performance indicators (KPIs), gain stakeholder alignment, and achieve tangible business results.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals and client needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated commercial product management expertise within a B2B SaaS setting.
• Experience in managing and scaling SaaS products, platforms, or digital solutions directly serving customers.
• Proven success in leveraging data, analytics, and testing to enhance product outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as activation rates, retention, engagement, churn, and revenue expansion.
• Familiarity working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products and integrations.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and prioritization abilities.
• Experience collaborating with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to promote product adoption and increase revenue.
