Product Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team based in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves managing product-focused business analysis and facilitating Agile/Scrum delivery while collaborating across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should be adept at converting business needs into actionable product backlog items and driving their execution with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design business systems in coordination with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with product management to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
• Engage closely with clients and technology groups to gather, document, and validate business requirements effectively.
• Create and carry out test plans, including test cases and acceptance criteria to guarantee the quality of solutions.
• Serve as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the delivery process.
• Organize Scrum ceremonies and assist in day-to-day team operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive product management background with the ability to translate strategies into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Solid experience in working with Scrum teams and backlog management.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills and expertise in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in gathering requirements, process mapping, and system testing.
• Three to six years of relevant experience as a business analyst or product analyst.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering products cross-functionally within Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration and backlog management software.

Additional Information

This is a contract position for 12 months with potential for extension or transition into a full-time role. The compensation ranges between $51 and $54 per hour on a W2 basis.
