Job description

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead liquid cooling initiatives within data center thermal management, focusing on international markets. This role involves setting product strategies based on policy analysis, customer insights, and technology trends to drive business growth globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate global compute power policies, energy regulations, evolving technology landscapes, and competitor activity to shape a comprehensive liquid cooling product roadmap and strategy.
  • Translate critical customer requirements from AIDC clients into innovative product concepts and definitions.
  • Produce high-caliber sales enablement tools such as selection software and technical documentation that align with industry standards.
  • Facilitate sales teams and contribute to major project bids and execution to expand product line market presence.
  • Establish pricing strategies, oversee cost management, conduct data-driven product analyses, and refine products to meet overseas revenue and profit objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in HVAC, Thermal Power, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Bring more than 6 years of experience in data center thermal management, including at least 3 years specializing as a liquid cooling product manager.
  • Have comprehensive expertise in liquid cooling system technologies, including familiarity with international data center certification standards, energy efficiency regulations, and industry policies.
  • Exhibit fluency in English to manage communication, presentations, and technical documentation proficiently.
  • Understand hyperscale data center equipment selection logic; experience working with leading manufacturers or involvement in overseas liquid cooling projects exceeding 10MW capacity is highly advantageous.
