Your Profile

• Several years of experience in digital product management, particularly within app or mobile environments
• Strong grasp of user needs, product quality, and business impact
• Proven ability in discovery, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration
• Data-driven, organized, and pragmatic in approach
• Keen insight into AI-powered features, personalization, and modern digital product experiences
• High sense of responsibility, clear communication skills, fluent in German and English

Your Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the app’s evolution from discovery through rollout
• Develop the roadmap, set priorities, and manage backlog based on user needs, data, and business objectives
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, analytics teams, and stakeholders
• Define KPIs, measure impact, and steer product development through data
• Identify opportunities for AI, personalization, and improved mobile journeys to translate into actionable product initiatives
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centric, and scalable app experiences

Compensation

Salary starts at a gross annual income of €55,000 with openness to higher pay based on experience and expertise. Further details will be discussed personally.
